Seats are extremely limited and we regularly sell out. For this reason, each seat is valuable not only to us but also to those guests that are looking forward to a great show.
Please notify us in advance if you are celebrating a special evening (birthday, anniversary, etc). We will do our best to recognize your special moment and treat it with the utmost respect.
Seating is first checked-in, first seated. Check-in is located in the Hilton Lobby at the Special Mind Tripping desk. Seating begins 15 minutes before the show. If your name is called and you are not there, then the next guest called will be seated.
The Mind Tripping Desk will be open 120 minutes before the earliest show for check-in.
Because this is an intimate show and out of respect for our guests who showed up early and on time, latecomers will not be allowed into the show and will not get a refund. For this reason we recommend that you please arrive and check-in at our desk in the lobby a minimum of 20 minutes before show time.
We cannot refund ticket sales. However, if you contact us at least 72 hours from show time, we will do our best to move you to another date, of your choice, if seats are available.
Guests under 16 are not allowed without a parent or guardian. No children under 8 will be allowed in the show. (Note: there is no room for strollers in the theatre.)
